Dean ML Exotic Spalted Maple
Dean ML Exotic Spalted Maple
The Dean ML was one of the first guitar designs that founder Dean Zelinsky came up with when he started Dean back in 1977. The ML is the most recognizable of all Deans due to a radical shape that is reminiscent of a V and Explorer fused together. Add to that a headstock that mirrors the bottom of the guitar and you have a instrument that captured the imagination of guitarists all over the world.
The Dean ML has been played by many musicians but the most notable is Dimebag Darrell from Pantera and Damageplan. The first ML Dimebag ever saw was a highly figured sunburst model. The ML pictures here is finished with a limited edition bubinga top with a clear finish to show off all the cool figuring of the wood.
The Dean ML is more than just looks though. It has a soft “V” neck that is great for rocking all night. The satin nickel hardware looks cool and keeps this baby in tune even after a night of locomotive style chugging power chords. If you are looking for a guitar that takes the road less traveled and looks good doing it try the Dean ML Exotic.
