The Fender FSR Standard Stratocaster HSH HT RW FC is part of the Fender Special Run and therefore is strictly limited, there are only 42 pieces of it worldwide. This models alder body and headstock are clothed in distiguished flat charcoal. Moreover this model shows some really refined characteristics, for example a rosewood fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets providing for a good feel and play and also the sound is rich and vesatile. The chrome-covered pickups are aligned in the HSH scheme and are selected by a 5-way switch. But there is another one, the so-called Passing Lane Switch which sends the signal automatically and independently to the bridge pickup, disregarding the position of the switch and the sound controls. It maybe a bit unusual but yet comprehensible that this model features a hard tail bridge.
