With a mahogany body and mahogany set neck, the Jeff Tweedy signature SG roars with that classic sustain and big tone that makes SG’s so desirable. The neck features an unpainted satin finish for an incredibly smooth feel, making slides up and down the neck very easy. A Curacao de Negro fingerboard gives great warmth with slightly more bite than rosewood.
Dual Gibson ’57 Classic humbuckers pump out the vintage tone, allowing you to get those great Wilco tones as well as blues and rock tones. Jeff Tweedy has always favored the Lyre Vibrola tailpiece, so its no surprise that his signature SG features one, allowing for subtle vibrato to add color to your sound.
