T-Rex Tonebug Phaser Overview

The T-Rex Phaser guitar effects pedal is a classic phase shifter that brings your guitar's soundto life by adding dynamic phasing tones to rhythm and lead parts. ToneBug Phaser comes with two modes: Modern phasing and Vintage phasing. Modern phasing for a crisp, thick-sounding phase, and Vintage phasing for classic analogue vibe.

Use the T-Rex ToneBug Phaser pedal's RATE knob to set the speed of modulation, and the DEPTH knob to choose how heavy you want the phasing effect to be. Switching between Modern and Vintage phasing modes for alternative tones, then set your overall output volume with the LEVEL knob.

Phasers are time-based effects that work by taking the input signal and adding a very small amount of delay to it, and then mixing it back with the original non-delayed signal so that certain frequencies are in or out of phase with each other. The time delay is modulated so the delay amount changes with time. As the delay time changes, different frequencies of the audio waveform will move in and out of phase with each other in the mix of delayed and non-delayed signal creating the characteristic sweeping sound of phasers.
