Good sticks, I wouldn't use them on cymbals at my kit but I play in a samba/techno band which requires almost constant rim shots and these last waaaay longer than normal wooden sticks. Just make sure to get some replacement covers and as soon as the case starts to degrade then replace that or you'll damage the metal interior. This happened to me but it was largely my fault. The time they last is longer than the price for an equivalent amount of sticks that would be damaged in that time.
