This item is not purple. There may be the slightest undertone of purple in some, but one I received I would have described as black. Great pity as a really good all round package, but daughter wanted purple guitar.

Very disappointed with the colour. I ordered a PURPLE guitar as a Christmas gift for my son and although it says purple on the label the guitar is almost black. Very unhappy.
