The Bare Knuckle Pickups Boot Camp BKPBC-P90B-OG-CRM is a hand-wound, cream, P90 bridge pickup and part of the Old Guard series: a moderate output range for classic blues, rock, country, pop and alternative tones.
The pickup features: soapbar-style, stock wound/polarity and braided hookup. For 6-string guitars.
I have quite a few of the Bare Knuckles standard ranges, always love what they do. I got some Old Guard humbuckers a few weeks back and forgot to review them - EXCELLENT. So good, in fact, that the minute I needed a "more vintage" bridge P90 for a Junior I ordered one of these with even thinking or looking at the BKP standard ranges/options for this. It's fabulous, much prefer it to the other brand that was in there. It can get "in your face" and biting if you need it, but it's providing me with more warmth and body than I was getting before - exactly what I wanted.
