Extended Returns
We've extended our 30-day returns policy over the Christmas season, giving you from October 1st to 31st January 2025 to return any unwanted purchases. If your thoughtful present isn't appreciated or you change your mind about something you bought for yourself, you'll have more time to exchange it for something else! Our extended returns policy only applies to items bought between 1st October and 24th December. Our standard returns Terms and Conditions apply, which you can be read here.
Christmas Delivery
Christmas Delivery
We will be dispatching customer orders up to Monday, 23rd December for delivery before Christmas. We strongly advise to reduce the chance of anything coming between you and your GAK purchase to please make sure to place your order with plenty of time to spare before Christmas Day. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, our warehouse team will make every effort to ensure your order is with you in time for the big day.
Opening Hours
Our Christmas opening hours are ready to accommodate even the biggest procrastinator. Whilst we always strongly recommend getting your gifts sorted well in advance of Christmas Day we'll be open up to Christmas Eve for any last-minute shopping. Got some cash from Santa or a GAK gift voucher that you want to spend? We'll be back open from December 27th so you can splash out on music gear before the New Year.
