Collision Devices TARS Fuzz Filter Pedal, Black/White Overview
Introducing the TARS, an innovative concept pedal that seamlessly merges the realms of guitar and synth without plunging you into a black hole! Instead, it propels you on a cosmic journey through the Ergosphere and Horizon, culminating in the heart of its center, the Singularity.
Drawing inspiration from the flagship Black Hole Symmetry, the TARS inherits its coveted Singularity fuzz section. This time, it goes a step further by incorporating a versatile gain setting, allowing you to traverse a spectrum of grainy low-gain sounds to robust and potent fuzz/distortion tones.
A special feature of the TARS is its filter, inspired by the legendary Korg MS-20. This addition enables you to craft fuzzy-noisy textures and effortlessly slice through any mix. Taking control into your hands, the filter is managed through two faders, delivering a truly unique and hands-on tweaking experience. Moreover, for a more immersive experience, you can use the expression input to dynamically sweep through the frequency range, creating a thrilling and vertiginous dive into the Singularity!
With the TARS, you embark on a celestial odyssey, merging the best of both guitar and synth worlds, granting you boundless creative potential and a captivating journey through the cosmos of sound.
