The combination of its hollow body and lipstick pickup means you get a true electric/acoustic sound that adds a new flavour for gigging and recording. A piezo pickup lets you get a more authentic acoustic sound, which can be blended with the lipstick depending on how acoustic/rocking you want to sound.
