DiMarzio DP184 The Chopper Humbucker, Black
The ChopperGäó is the louder, punchier brother of the Fast Track 1Gäó. More power is concentrated in the mids and low end for a bigger sound with more crunch. It shares the same side-by-side coils and twin-blade construction as the Fast Track 1Gäó, so there are no misaligned poles or string-pull problems. We originally designed it as a bridge pickup to combine with The Cruiser® and Fast Track 1Gäó, but it's also a good neck pickup when you've got a hot humbucker in the bridge position.

Great time. Nice for a heavier sound that isn't too bright and cleans up really nice too by rolling off the volume knob without losing any volume so you still cut through the mix.

I bought this pickup as a replacement for a Strat bridge pickup. It's exactly what I wanted for this guitar, because I find the stock bridge pickup too bright and ice-picky. The Dimarzio Chopper is darker and has more crunch and sustain than the single-coil neck and middle pickups, which I kept, so its ideal to switch to for rocky rhythm parts and solos. It also sounds great when combined with the middle pickup. The Chopper isn't a massively high-output pickup, although it is a humbucker, so it combines well with the remaining single-coil pickups.
