The patented HardCore beater utilizes a hard plastic core embedded in soft foam rubber. You can achieve the desired amount of attack by easily adjusting the level of contact the core has with the head. When playing soft, the beater acts much like a felt beater, but when struck hard, it has all the attack of a hard plastic or wood beater ball.
