The Earthquaker Devices Spatial Delivery is a voltage controlled envelope filter. This super versatile pedal has 3 modes for your enjoyment: Up Sweep, Down Sweep and Sample & Hold. The Range, Resonance and Filter controls let you shape the filter sweeps in the Up and Down Sweep modes. The Range control works with your pick attack to control the sensitivity and reaction time of the envelope, organically shaping the sweep. The higher you turn the Range knob and the harder you pick the faster the reaction time and higher the frequency sweep. This makes the Spatial Delivery pedal feel far more organic than other envelope filters. The Sample and Hold mode has a filter controlled by random voltage, while the Range knob controls the speed. This can sound pretty mad so use with caution! By cross fading the filter between high pass (anti-clockwise), band pass (centre) and low pass (clockwise) you can get a huge range of sounds. The Resonance control lets you use the Spatial Delivery subtly or insanely, it's up to you. This is a truly exciting pedal that pairs well with other pedals for an inspiringly versatile range of tones. Really great envelope filter in the up mode. You get some crazy soundscapes in the 'sample and hold' mode, especially when coupled with delay.
