The Epiphone LP-100 body has a mahogany back and maple top. This traditional combination is tried and tested and delivers rich powerful mid and low end tones whilst maintaining brightness and clarity. The bolt-on neck is also carved from mahogany and is beautifully fitted with a tapered heel. The rosewood fingerboard has dot inlays and a radius of 12". It feels extremely comfortable in the hand and makes the Epiphone LP 100 the perfect choice for rhythm or lead guitarists alike.
 
Moving on to the pickups, the Epiphone LP 100 is fitted with a 700T alnico humbucker in the bridge position and a 650R alnico humbucker in the neck position. Both have separate volume and tone controls and there is also a 3 way tone selector switch. The tonal possibilities are immense to say the least.

Holding your strings down is a Locktone tune-o-matic bridge and tail piece. This simple but efficient pairing is joined by 6 nickel plated tuners to create perfect pitch and intonation. A vintage cream pick-guard and pick-up surrounds finish the Epiphone LP-100 off nicely.
