Fender's American Standard line of guitars are renowned for being quality workhorse instruments, and this modified Stratocaster from 1995 is no exception. The three single coils have been swapped out for a loaded pickguard fitted with a Seymour Duncan SSL-4 in the neck and SP-90 in the bridge with a three-way toggle switch allowing for less hassle and more tone!
The guitar has now taken on more of a 'tele-style' sound and produces killer tones in all three positions through both a clean and driven amp! As standard from a mid-'90s American Standard, it features a modern 'C' profile neck, two string trees, 9.5 radius, modern machineheads and a slightly 'blockier' body.
