Classic Feel & Sound
This Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster uses the iconic '55 model as the basis for its design, providing it with an unmistakable “Golden Era” vibe.
The premium tonewoods are a particular highlight. The body is carved from a premium piece of vintage correct Ash, which delivers the strong, sweet resonance and singing sustain that Ash is renowned for. The translucent 2-Tone Sunburst nitrocellulose finish allows the body’s stunning wood grain to shine through. The beautiful Roasted 3A Flame Maple neck plays every bit as well as it looks. With its Large “C” neck profile and narrow tall 6105 frets, this Custom Shop Stratocaster offers a vintage feel, with modern playability. This guitar also features a 9.5 inch radius fretboard. Allowing you to get a super comfortable & authentic feeling of a vintage Stratocaster but with more modern playability due to the larger frets.

With its Custom Shop Journeyman Relic treatment, this '55 Stratocaster has been imparted with the endearing wear and tear of a well loved workhorse. Every part of this guitar, from the numerous finish checks to the oxidised hardware, has been meticulously and realistically aged by the Fender Custom Shop Team.
