Fender Made In Japan Traditional '50s Telecaster, Butterscotch Blonde Overview

Fender’s Made In Japan models are some of the highest-quality electric guitars and basses around, made in Fender’s Japan factories by expert luthiers who use their experience to combine classic Fender designs with some updated specs for the modern player.

The Telecaster is used by musicians all over the world and makes a great workhorse guitar. It’s renowned for its ‘Tele twang’ and powerful, punchy tones.

The Fender Made In Japan Traditional '50s Telecaster has a basswood body, a durable maple neck with a comfortable ‘U’-shape profile, and is topped with a maple fingerboard with 21 vintage size frets. It has a 3-saddle vintage-style strings-through-body Tele bridge with brass barrel saddles for increased sustain and resonance and is paired with vintage-style tuning machines.

For pickups, it has a pair of vintage-style single-coil Tele pickups which deliver anything from thick, chunky tones that’s great for rhythm parts, to the classic Tele twang. There’s a 3-way pickup selector so you can easily switch to the sound you want. The Made In Japan Traditional ‘50s Tele is completed with knurled dome control knobs, an eggshell pickguard, nickel/chrome hardware and available in a Butterscotch Blonde or White Blonde finish.
