Fender Made In Japan Traditional '50s Telecaster, White Blonde Overview

This Fender MIJ (Made in Japan) Traditional ‘50s Telecaster is presented in a semi-transparent White Blonde finish with Maple fretboard. This guitar combines the look and sound of the Tele’s first production decade with a versatile 9.5” fretboard radius, ensuring approachable playability. Compulsive build quality and attention to detail - present on all Fender’s Japanese-made guitars - makes this model a highly desirable proposition. Supplied in a Fender Gig Bag.

This guitar’s foundation is an American Basswood body, imbuing it with a lightness and musicality which suits the Tele perfectly. To this is bolted a “U”-Shape Maple neck, topped with a 9.5”-radius Maple fretboard for intuitive playability. The two Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele pickups provide period-correct tones, controlled via a 3-way selector switch.

A 3-Saddle Vintage Style Tele with Brass Barrel Saddles has been fitted for authentic Tele tone, while the looks are straight out of the period too: the gloss White Blonde finish has been painstakingly applied, matching perfectly with the single-ply Eggshell pickguard and knurled dome control knobs.
