Every musician or DJ looking for a quality hydraulic Speaker Stand should try these first. Handled my Yamaha DZR 10" and DSR15" speakers with ease. Little extra effort needed to hoist them and little energy needed to lower them. Quite heavy stands making them sturdy and able to take the knock of daily gigging.Glad I saw the review and took the chance and bought them. Would have liked the Framework official bag that's stylish but this is only available when you purchase the twin pack which I was not aware of at the time.
Very sturdy, easy to use. The red rubber feet tend to come off every now and then, and the 35mm adaptor, whilst very convenient, is a fraction on the small side (diameter-wise) and doesn't fit my Yamaha speaker as well as my last stand. But it is minimal. But overall, a pretty good stand.I like it.
Fantastic item looking at buying another one
Cost much more than normal speaker stands, but it's a really great product. Simple and super quick to setup and take down, and folds into an elegant cylinder shape. I bought them for mounting JBL 515XT speakers and the speaker stand lifts them up by itself, so it almost eliminates the health and safety issue of lifting and demounting the speakers! One star deducted because the bottom clamp is difficult to pry out, the extendable sprocket at the top is slightly fiddly to use. Another slight concern is the thinness of some of the plastic parts and a question mark over it's durability. Other than that, the gas-assist is a real back saver! So far so impressed!
