Gibson USA 2015 Les Paul Standard, Wine Red Candy Overview
Here at GAK we have secured some of the last remaining stock from the Gibson warehouse of the 2015 Les Paul range! A departure from the more traditionally appointed Les Paul's, the 2015 Standard featured some bold changes including a wide 1.75" nut width, asymmetric neck carve, thicker Rosewood fretboard, weight relieved Mahogany body, with flame Maple top, G-Force robot tuners, screw-less detachable pick-guard, Candy Nitrocellulose finish and a Les Paul 100 signature headstock logo.
Pickups come in the form of Gibson Burst Bucker Pro humbuckers which offer great versatility and tone. The electronics offer plenty of options with each knob being push/pull to activate coil-tap, in/out of phase and an option to bypass the tone circuit completely and run straight from the pickups to the output jack!
The G-Force tuners offer simple, precise tuning at the touch of a button and allows you to easily change tunings, negating the need for multiple guitars on stage!
