The Gibson USA 2018 Les Paul Standard is constructed from a weight relieved Mahogany body, carved AAA figured Maple top, Mahogany neck and a solid Rosewood fretboard. A slim taper, asymmetrical neck carve fits comfortably in the hand and improves playability. Aesthetically the Gibson USA 2018 Les Paul Standard retains the features of the original Les Paul models, cream binding to the body and trapezoid inlays, nickel hardware and a luscious, gloss Nitrocellulose finish. 

Pickups are Gibson Burstbuckers which capture the tone and spirit of the famed PAF humbuckers from the original guitars. The Gibson USA 2018 Les Paul Standard features 4 push/pull controls which offers immense tonal variety and versatility. This is a truly innovative guitar, built to stand up to the demands of any guitarist.
