Gretsch's ML bracing helps ensure that the Player's Edition White Falcon provides the same howl and bark as the original Falcons, but with its thinner 2 1/4" profile it becomes the perfect tool for modern performances; not only does its smaller frame feel comfortable, but also helps reduce the feedback that full-size electric archtop can be prone to at higher volumes. Squeezebox paper-in-oil caps insure tonal variety, and No-load pots, which are completely bypassed from the circuit when set to 10, ensure that the classic tone produced by the High Sensitive Filter’Tron™ pickups is not compromised in any way; this is especially useful when a buffered-bypass pedal or longer cable are used.
Other features include a string-through Bigsby B6GP vibrato tailpiece and pinned “rocking” bar bridge, Ebony fretboard with 12" radius, GraphTech® Tusq XL nut, and gold Grover® Imperial™ locking tuners.
