I have not installed these as yet, so i can't tell you how they work in use. But if you need a budget tuner, at £20 these seem hard to beat. There doesn't seem to be any play in the mechanism and no rough edges or marks to the casting. I wouldn't put them on my pride and joy but if you need replacements for your Squire etc. they are probably better than the originals.
