Good value, sturdy and does exactly what it needs to do.

It's a stand! - It keeps the instrument off the floor and saves it from having the whole weight through the spike 24/7. I'll be taking it to gigs where the instrument is vulnerable and presents a trip hazard when not in use (as opposed to a musical hazard when in use!). Added bonus that I can leave the spike extended to first notch which is my normal playing height and can even play it on the stand!!
