Once again for this stunning Limited Run Premium RG7PCMLTD-TKG Ibanez pull out all the stops! They have gone with an Ash body, real 3.5mm figured Maple top which is loaded with a pair of DiMarzio® PAF® 7 ceramic humbuckers with some nifty switching and the Edge-Zero II tremolo bridge with ZPS3Fe Zero Point System (which simplifies the adjustment of the tremolo bridge through the addition of a dial in the spring cavity cover that allows you to adjust the spring tension without having to use a special tool). The special fade finish is amazing and set off beautifully by the natural masked binding.

The Wizard neck really is something special. The shaft is an 11-piece construction made of Wenge, Bubinga, Maple, and Purpleheart giving great rigidity and increasing sustain. There are 24 stainless steel frets which are incredibly hard wearing and smooth feeling, they have the Premium fret end treatment which has to be some of the best finishing on any production guitars at any price. There's a figured maple fingerboard and luminescent side dot position markers which make it easy for players to see fretboard position marks when performing on dark stages. A set of Gotoh® MG-T locking machine heads top it off- as there's a locking nut they aren't necessary for tuning stability but cut down string change times considerably! All in all a stellar 7 string.
