The Ibanez Iron Label RGAIX6FMT-TGF is a brilliant embodiment of the range- top notch materials and a stripped back ethic means the RGAIX6FMT is ready to rock! Featuring a Mahogany body with a Flame Maple top, the Nitro Wizard 3pc Maple/Purpleheart neck is super-thin and ultra-playable neck constructed with Maple/Purpleheart with road-tested durability. Ebony is becoming increasingly rare but graces the RGAIX6FMT's fingerboard and topped with Jumbo frets.
No frills electrics comprise a pair of ceramic DiMarzio® Fusion Edge Pickups- these have been developed through close collaboration between Ibanez and DiMarzio and have been engineered to produce a powerful, distinctive tone with a crisp, cutting high end, and a tight, compressed bottom end, minus any muddy mid-range. These are switched with a 3-way switch and there's a separate mini-toggle offering a coil tap. Trem duties are taken care of by the Edge-Zero II tremolo bridge with its low profile design for comfort and stud lock function for superior tuning stability. And there's a set of Gotoh® MG-T locking machine heads which are there more for ease of re-stringing as there's a locking nut too.
