The RGMS7PB features a multiscale neck construction with a trapezoidal 27” to 25.5” scale for 7-string configurations, designed to equalize string tension and produce a lively, open tone. The slanted frets are aligned with natural hand angles, promoting comfortable, quick playing, while the flat placement at the 12th fret enhances playability. By positioning the horizontal point closer to the bridge, the design allows for effortless shredding on higher frets.

The guitar’s Wizard III 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck offers exceptional playability and strength, with a thin, flat profile that supports fast playing and a full two-octave 24-fret fretboard for an expanded tonal range. The Jatoba fretboard, known for its reddish-brown hue, provides rich midrange tones with a crisp high end, while jumbo frets contribute to smooth and precise playability, especially for single-note runs.
