We are looking for a full-time sales assistant to work in the Pro Audio department of the legendary Guitar Amp and Keyboard Centre in the heart of Brighton's historic North Laine district.

A successful candidate will have a passion for music production and the skills needed to thrive in a busy retail environment. You will need to be able to work as a member of our Pro Audio Team, have good personal and time management skills, and have knowledge of products from our key retail partners, such as Roland, Moog, Yamaha, Korg, Arturia, Audient, Focusrite, Numark, Pioneer and many more. You will be competent in operating popular DAW platforms such as Logic, Ableton and Pro Tools as well as having the friendly and personable attitude essential for working in this demanding customer facing role.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to.

- Helping to make sure the shop floor and all displays are always kept clean, tidy and well presented.
- You will be a confident, 'people person' who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets the very best service at all times.
- You will have good computer skills, be competent using live chat instant messenger and be able to work both individually and in a team.
- Confident in demonstrating and advising customers on the best music production equipment to meet their needs.
- Over the phone sales on a broad range of products, on site and off site training will be given.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE ( Full time, permanent position, start date asap)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team, picking & packing customer orders and assisting with incoming stock movement and storage. The successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience and the ability to work efficiently under the instruction of our Warehouse Management team.

Key aspects of the job will include:

- Fulltime, 9am - 5:30pm Mon to Fri (on occasion you may be required to work weekends/bank holidays)
- Based in our Brighton warehouse
- Working within a team in a picking/packing warehouse environment 
- General warehouse duties including unpacking pallets, moving products, some heavy lifting (training will be provided).
- The basic use of a computer and scanner, working with our CMS system to locate products and complete orders (training will be provided).
