Sleek looking, robust and powerful, the CURV 500 PS speaker array from Germany's LD Systems is a powerful audio solution for a wide-range of venues and applications.

The CURV 500 is a compact and highly portable array system that boasts four crystal clear satellite speakers tethered via seamless Smartlink adapters, with a 10-inch bass-reflex subwoofer featuring Class D power amplification. Thanks to LD's patented system this array can produce 920 watts RMS with a maximum sound pressure of 134 dB, giving it more than enough bite to cater for larger spaces.

Providing ultra-clear mid and high frequencies, the CURV 500's four interlocking satellites pack LD System's WaveAhead technology into each 12 x 12 cm block, with one 4" and three 1" drivers producing clean mids and highs that cut through bass frequencies with precise accuracy and dynamics.

The 10" bass-reflex subwoofer housing a Class D power amplifier, sits low to the ground and produces gut-punching low-end with clarity and zero distortion. Housing a control panel equipped with a built-in 4 channel mixer, access 16 digital effects presets, dedicated input EQ, Bluetooth receiver, Combo and Speakon-compatible connections, as well as a four digital system setup switch that allows you to vary the number of satellite speakers used in the rig. For additional control, the CURV 500 woofer also houses 'Main Level' and 'Sub Level' gain control knobs.

The CURV 500 system also offers superior peace of mind thanks to a number of safety measures incorporated into its Class D amplifiers. These measures include a built-in limiter, short circuit protection, over-heating protection and over-voltage/surge protection.

With ergonomic carrying handles on the sub and combined weight of just 18.2kg, the CURV 500 PS Portable Array Stack is exactly that, portable, plus thanks to its two smart link adapters, distance bar and included cables and adapters, it can be swiftly constructed and tested.
