Perfect for wired in-ear monitoring or as a standalone headphone amplifier in the studio or at home, the high-powered LD Systems HPA 1 Headphone Amplifier comes packaged in ergonomic, soft-touch housing with a belt clip for portable use.
For input, the HPA 1 is equipped with locking XLR sockets and also a 3.5mm mini-jack for an auxiliary signal, such as playback or a click track. A standard 3.5mm mini-jack output makes for easy connection of almost any headphones or in-ear monitors. Push button selectors switch between mono and stereo modes, while volume and balance are controlled and set with easy grip knobs and the integrated limiter ensures distortion-free playback, also helping to prevent feedback.
The LD Systems HPA 1 uses bi-colour LED's to indicate status and, distinctly lightweight at only 165g, it will stay comfortable long before the (up to) 12 hours of battery life are up.
