L.R Baggs Anthem SL Nylon Strung Guitar Mic/Pickup ' The result of a 30 year long refinement process, the Anthem SL offers a simple preamp and mic combination that is easy to install, and sound fantastic, thanks to the patented TruMic design. The Anthem SL Classical is specifically tuned to track the unique frequencies and dynamic characteristics of nylon string guitars.
At the heart of the patent pending Anthem is a revolutionary new type of microphone. Utilizing a proprietary noise canceling mic, the Anthem TruMic eliminates any annoying honky or boxy qualities that have been previously associated with internal mic'ing.
Because the mic is positioned within a few millimeters of the guitar top, it has very high gain before feedback. Noise cancelling microphone technology eliminates any annoying honky or boxy qualities from the inside of the guitar
Installation is easy - the mic fits onto the bridgeplate with peel and stick adhesive. The TruMic technology picks up the sound of the vibrations of the entire soundboard and makes the mic unusually free from placement issues, making it easy to find a great sound.
