An essential tool for any studio or live engineer, the Palmer PAN 02 is a compact and rugged active DI box that can be powered either by 48V phantom power or an internal 9V PP3 battery which is disengaged when the input is unplugged to help save battery life. The perfect solution for connecting keyboards, guitars, basses etc directly to a mixer or recording device.
Built from powder-coated sheet steel, the PAN 02 features 1/4" jack input and link output at one end along with a switchable -30dB pad. The other end houses a balanced XLR output and a ground lift switch which, thanks to floating ground technology, can be used even when the PAN 02 is phantom powered.
