not well designed at all. Bought because of painful shoulder. I play with my guitar quite high up and it just does not work. The extra strap is loose and bears no extra weight at all. The plastic adjusters that allow you to alter the length also sit uncomfortably behind your neck making it very uncomfortable- they are too long. If you like playing your guitar by your hip or knees then maybe it works ok. The metal button also comes undone if you move too quickly. It is quite difficult to put on/off so not good for live performances either.

Really makes a difference to the perceived load carried. Guitar sits happier too.
