Now, here's a tale... I had one of these bags previous to this additional purchase that had been through everything - and had carried everything to set my kit up, ie. my customised Roland Professional drum rack (which I designed to fold into the bag), cymbal boom stands, kick and hi-hat pedals, kick pedal frame (KD-120) and all my other bits and bobs... and my stick bag too... (phew!)... hmm, and I use 9 (yes, nine) cymbals and two hi-hats with my TD-30 module, so there's a lot of pipework going in the bag... Yes, it's quite heavy to lift easily, but fantastic for storage at home and with all my stuff in, two people can lift it - yes, I know that's not the idea with this bag, but... it's super-strong, with brilliant strength zips (...yes, there have been times when I thought: "I'm going to break these...") which have always held firm, no matter what! Excellent bag, and can be used for many other purposes (as above) very successfully if you use your imagination or improvise around it. With the two zipped pedal bags included and your rack inside, as you load it up, it becomes a 'Tardis' and seems to take even more and more... amazing - I think it is a portal to Narnia really... Top marks Roland, a superb bag indeed!
