The Range:

Each Keyboard in the V-Combo range comes with an extended warranty when registered with Roland Backstage.

One Keyboard, Three Sections

The V-Combo is divided into three main sections; Organ, Piano and Synth. The Organ section delivers the classic vintage organ tones that have graced countless recordings with fantastic authenticity thanks to Roland’s Virtual Tone Wheel Organ Engine. You have access to Jazz, Rock and Transistor organ types for a wide variety of uses, and editing is as simple as could be with the familiar hardware organ drawbars. Create a split with two separate drawbar settings to recreate dual manual setups and apply the built-in rotary speaker effect and overdrive to complete your classic sound.

Pair with a Boss/Roland Expression Pedal and you can control the Swell of the Organ, as well as the Rate of a rotary speaker!

The piano section contains the essential bread and butter keys sounds for any performance; Several Electric Piano sounds are taken from Roland’s flagship RD-2000 stage piano and sound gorgeous thanks to the SuperNatural technology. Acoustic Pianos are superbly detailed with 88-note stereo multi-sampling, and the Clav sounds come to life with the excellent effects section like auto-wah, phaser and many more.

For the most Piano-Like experience, pair with a Roland DP-10 Sustain Pedal.

The SuperNatural technology-powered Synth section features a great selection of hand-picked read-to-play tones, covering everything from lush analogue style pad sounds and brass stabs, through 80’s inspired sampled tones, all the way to more modern sounds for great solo lead sections. Editing of common parameters such as cutoff, resonance, attack and release are possible using the drawbar controls in the organ section too, meaning that whatever the track, you’ll find a great sound to play along with.

Powerful Effects Section

Seven simultaneous effects include rotary, delay, reverb, tone, overdrive, compressor, and MFX, and the dedicated knobs tweak multiple parameters for powerful sound shaping with minimal effort. Each of these settings can be accessed via three distinct panel sections, meaning the ability to navigate and adapt your sound live is right at your fingertips. With its versatile, flexible operation and portable build, your V-Combo will certainly become a new favourite among on-the-move keyboardists seeking classic sounds.

Make Yourself Stage-Ready

When we say the V-Combo is easy to use, we really mean it! It has a huge selection of hands-on controls and very little menu diving, the V-Combo is intuitive and practical, letting you focus on playing rather than reading the manual.

Of course, with a stage keyboard like this, you’ll want to quickly save and recall your sounds. On the V-Combo series, this is thankfully straightforward, as you can quickly save all your favourite sounds, splits and layers as registrations for instant recall on stage.

The V-combo is also just as comfortable in the studio with midi connections to other equipment and a built-in USB Audio/MIDI interface or Use the USB memory socket to play along with audio backing tracks.

Finally, if you find yourself needing to perform on the move, the V-Combo range can even be powered by rechargeable Ni-MH batteries.

Pair your V-Combo with a Roland KC Keyboard Combo for the ultimate live setup.
