Tricked-out with a fully passive electronics package featuring Schecter Custom Shop USA Monstertone-J pickups, a thin-C maple neck, dual carbon fibre rods and an easy access truss rod.
Well made instrument, good neck finish, no sharp fret edges, it’s personal preference but I like the 12 inch neck radius. Great jazz bass tone. Strong sustain with its through body stringing. Comfortable to play though the instrument is a bit heavier than I expected. Schecter do not fit pickup covers on this bass, not sure why, it does make resting your thumb on the pickups feel slightly strange to start with. I’ve got use to it, some might find it uncomfortable. Overall a great alternative to the Fender Jazz
