Schecter C-1 Blackjack, Gloss Black Overview

Schecter is renowned for crafting electric guitars with powerful tones, silky-smooth playability, striking aesthetics and the capability to be played across the entire frequency range. This makes them the perfect choice for guitar players that need to play huge riffs low down on the neck or face-melting solos at the top end. Regularly seen used in more aggressive and heavier music, Schecter is a spectacular choice among Metal, Hardcore, Punk, Prog and Alternative guitar players.

The C-1 Blackjack is part of Schecter’s Blackjack series goes with a classic all-black theme on some of Schecter’s most popular models. This model has the classic Schecter C shape which was designed to be comfortable and easy to play, with the bottom cutaway allowing you to reach the high frets easily.

This model has a mahogany body with an arched top, a 3-piece mahogany neck with a Thin ‘C’ profile and carbon fibre reinforcement rods to provide extra strength. This is topped with an ebony fretboard with a 12” - 16” compound radius and 24 extra-jumbo frets. It also features Schecter locking tuners, a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, which delivers increased harmonics, richness, and helps keep your strings in tune, and a Tonepros T3BT Tune-O-Matic bridge which provides increased sustain, ‘bell tone’ harmonics, easy to use intonation adjustment with a string-thru-body design. The C-1 has a 25.5” scale length and comes with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings (.010-.046).

For pickups, it has a pair of Lundgren M6’s which are high-output and provide great clarity, power, rich harmonics, and lots of low-end, with a 3-way switch to get your preferred sound. These pickups are perfect for metal and hard rock styles.

To complete the C-1 Blackjack is Pearloid line inlays, black chrome hardware and a sleek Gloss Black finish with multi-ply cream binding to make it stand out.
