Source Audio SA163 Reflex Universal Expression Controller Overview
The Source Audio Reflex Universal Expression Controller is an incredibly versatile programmable expression pedal that lets you send up to three simultaneous expression signals, MIDI controller messages or six LFO wave shapes. This allows for some unusual combinations that could lead to some truly unique sounds.The intuitive control panel lets you program which outputs are active, the depth and direction of the expression signal, and the curve of the tapers. You're then able to assign one of six LFO wave shapes with expression control over the LFO speed. That's not all: the Reflex can save up to 128 pedal configurations, recallable via the onboard controls or external MIDI program change messages.
The Reflex has three standard -+" expression jacks with a separate set of DIP. This lets you select individual plug configurations or CV (Control Voltage) output mode to work with virtually any brand of effects pedal. The Reflex also includes a 5-pin MIDI output for sending MIDI CC messages and a USB port, letting you use it as a class compliant USB-MIDI device with any digital audio software.
