The Squier 40th Anniversary collection celebrates the 40-year journey of Fender’s little brother, Squier. Since their first release back in 1982, Squier has established itself as a brand in their own right and have continued to offer high-quality musical instruments at great value for money.
For a limited time only, you can celebrate such a landmark in their history with Squier 40th Anniversary. Each model features premium specs, unique aesthetics and boast specials editions of the Telecaster®, Stratocaster®, Jazzmaster®, Precision Bass®, and Jazz Bass®, which will no doubt become extremely collectable.
With two options in the series, guitarists and bass players alike can choose between Gold or Vintage Editions, all boasting a commemorative engraved neck plate, anodized aluminium pickguards, Fender-designed alnico single-coil pickups and vintage-style hardware.
40th Anniversary Telecaster
Both Gold/Vintage editions of the 40th Anniversary Tele sport a nyatoh body, C-shaped maple neck, three-saddle string-through-body Tele bridge and an engraved anniversary neck plate.

40th Anniversary Stratocaster
Available with a nyatoh body, both Gold and Vintage Editions of the 40th Anniversary Strat feature a classic triple alnico single-coil pickup configuration and six-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge.

40th Anniversary Jazzmaster
The 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster boasts a series of “player-friendly refinements” including a comfortable C-shaped neck profile, vintage-style tuning machines and a six-saddle floating bridge and tremolo for “authentic performance and style”, a pair of Fender-designed single-coil pickups with alnico 5 magnets and a poplar body.

Commemorating Fender’s classic Precision Bass design, the Squier 40th Anniversary P Bass introduces a host of player-friendly refinements, including a C-shaped neck profile, vintage-style tuning machines, a four-saddle bridge with barrel saddles, a Fender-designed split single-coil pickup with alnico 5 magnets and nyatoh body.
