Squier Bullet Mustang Electric Guitar Imperial Blue
Squier Bullet Series
The Squier Bullet collection is one of their most cost-effective series of guitars, offering classic Fender designs at an affordable price. It’s a great range for beginners to start learning guitar on models that are stylish and affordable, and you can’t find a better place to start than with the Squier Bullet series of iconic Stratocasters, Telecasters, and Mustangs.
The variety in this collection makes it easy for new starters to find a guitar that suits them. The Squier Bullet Stratocaster is a versatile guitar that lets you play in a variety of styles with its three single-coil pickups. The Squier Bullet Telecaster also has single-coil pickups and is especially suited to fans of indie and country music. The Squier Bullet Mustang has thick-sounding dual humbuckers which make it ideal for playing heavy rock as they’re better for overdrive and distortion. These are all available in a variety of bold, classic colours to suit your style.
The Squier Bullet Mustang Electric Guitar is perfect for beginners, as they’re comfortable to play, affordable, and look great. They’re especially good for those who want to play indie music and hard rock.
The original Fender Mustang, introduced in 1964, was designed as a ‘student’ guitar. However, it soon found favour as a serious instrument with many players from Kurt Cobain to Adrian Belew! This Bullet incarnation takes the famous offset body shape crafted from Basswood and ups the power with a pair of humbuckers, providing a big sound, and offers rock-solid tuning stability from a modern hardtail bridge. There is a comfy ‘C’ shape maple neck and 22 medium jumbo frets, making it easy to play. The Bullet Mustang has all the vibe of the original! The combination of playability and price make this great for anyone looking for their first guitar, and it’s well-suited to kids with their smaller hands.
Available in Black and Imperial Blue.

This is a great fun guitar . I bought this to see if it was possible to make agod playing good sounding instrument for this price . It is !
Always wanted to try out a short scale guitar (I have very little span) - but in lockdown, there's no chance of popping into a shop and giving one a go. This little Squier, including postage, was less than £114.00 (January 21), so this is my lockdown way of trying out a shorter guitar. In all truth, it's shockingly good, far better than my expectations. Even without me setting it up it had a nice low action, and stays reasonably in tune. The saddles aren't everything they could be, the frets are a bit scratchy, the pickups are a little dull and short on clarity, but spend a few minutes on your amp/pedal set up and you'll be blown away - rock, blues, country - you name it - it will handle it all. If you (like me) already have a few guitars, this little Mustang costs the sort of money you'd spend on strings in a year, so go ahead and buy one, you won't regret it. For me, yes, I think a short scale guitar might be a big help. Maybe I'll think of getting a Vintera Mustang. Or maybe just a classic vibe Squier. Or maybe I'll just give this a proper set up and keep it a while longer - it surprises me every time I pick it up - what's not to like?
