The Sterling JP160 is the first model in the Sterling by Music Man John Petrucci series to feature a "Low Profile" double locking tremolo, providing accurate intonation, smooth operation and excellent tuning stability. Featuring a roasted maple neck, a forearm scooped Basswood body and a 12dB boost.
Tone Redefined: The JP160 features two Sterling by Music Man humbucking pickups, an active 12dB push-push boost, and 3-way pickup selector – delivering a dynamic tonal range with more sustain and clarity.
Roated Maple neck: Featuring a roasted maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with locking tuners, the JP160 was designed from all angles for a versatile performance.
Double Locking Tremolo: The JP160 is the first model in the Sterling by Music Man John Petrucci series to feature a double locking tremolo.
