With a Maple cap and Mahogany body providing excellent resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort, and two upgraded Wilkinson MWVC double coil pickups providing classic raw tone and power, the V100PU ProShop is another in the series of single-cutaway powerhouse electric guitars - heavily distressed to emulate a player’s favourite guitar - the one that’s been there at hundreds of sweat soaked gigs..

A one piece Mahogany neck with a classic Vintage ‘soft C’ profile, supplies supreme comfort, speed, and accuracy beneath a 12” radius Lignum Rosa™ fretboard; outstanding tonal transfer capabilities, responsiveness and durability with 22 Medium Jumbo frets creates a fantastically positive feel, while Wilkinson's excellently crafted Tune-O-Matic bridge, together with Grover 102C machine heads, and a 43mm Graphite nut enables fine-tuning, superb intonation, and excellent tuning stability for this highly playable, great sounding, and affordable guitar.

The original single-cutaway V100MRTSB is indeed a stylish work horse, rock machine in itself and now, after many hours with the Vintage ProShop design team, emerges as the V100 ProShop Unique, with a heavily distressed Tobacco Sunburst finish.

You have to admire how these master artisans pay close attention to detail within accurately worn areas of the two-piece carved maple top, body bindings, aged trapezoid fingerboard inlays, severe buckle abrasion on the back of the mahogany body and ongoing wear on the back of the neck.

All hardware including upgraded Grover 102C machine heads, saddles, bridge, tailpiece and pickup covers also emulate serious corrosion from a player who sweats ruthlessly night after night on stage.
