Featuring a classic shaped Alder chambered body with Book Matched Flame Maple Veneer top, the Vintage ReIssued V72H's tone possesses a huge increase in resonance, and typical to semi-hollow designs, a fantastic acoustic property to the guitar's amplified tone. Lighter in weight, resonant and, comfortable, this excellently crafted body is paired with a superbly playable Hard rock Maple neck with classic Vintage ‘soft C’ profile; comfort, speed, accuracy and a great feel are further enhanced by a traditional 10” radius Lignum Rosa™ fingerboard with 22 Medium profile frets.
Providing the ideal mix of harmonics and tone are two Wilkinson WHHB Double Coil pickups, which can easily be manipulated via the simple controls to create a wide range of sonically versatile sounds. Fine tuning of intonation, excellent tone transfer, and reliable tuning stability are provided by way of the Wilkinson WVFS bridge - Wilkinson WJ55 machine heads and a smooth and friction free Graphite nut further enhance this stability to create a reliable, attractive, well made, and extremely playable guitar.
