Good value for money
I have used Zoom mrs8 before so i opted for the R8 because of being already familiar with the workings somewhat. If anything the R8 seems even easier to use, obviously it's a new addition and i've only scratched the surface but it seems very intuitive already and i've already thrown a riff or 2 down just with a very basic session.I've looking forward to seeing what it is really capable of.Greatstuff.
This product is amazing. I was using a simple recorder before where you had to record everything in one go. But with the R8 you can record as little as you want & use the bounce feature to free up another Track. You can remove unwanted parts of the Audio & add EQ etc. You can record your own Rhythm Track then loop it. I've not used all of it's features yet like the Sampler or Sequencer. Great unit for the price. Now I know how great the unit is I now want to get the Zoom R24.
Great value for the price. Next day delivery as well.
Never had a great deal of time but what I've tried recording and checking out what this machine is capable of for its price its great I've had a few recording decks and this is the best I've used on what I've tried so far. I'm also computer based I use Cubase 7.5 I bought the Zoom R8 so I could lay down tracks quickly at home instead of firing my studio up and also when I'm on the move its very portable excellent piece of kit
