SABIAN’s Aero design aims to boost the higher frequency response while simultaneously reducing the mid’s and lows. In HHX though, it works a bit differently. While there is still a boost to the high end, just the right amount of the darkness and lows that have made HHX Complex crashes so popular is retained. Available in 16", 18" and 20", the HHX Complex Aero Crashes were a definite hit with our R&D team during the development process.
Using trickle down technology gleaned from years of developing some of the world’s top selling cymbals lines like Evolution, Legacy, and even Artisan, SABIAN HHX Complex is a line of exquisitely dark cymbals. These cymbals employ a combination of HH and HHX hammering, a raw bell, and a number of the aforementioned proprietary techniques – resulting in the richest and sweetest rides and crashes, and the fattest sets of Hats SABIAN has ever produced.
