At the core of this bundle is the Universal Audio Apollo Twin X Heritage Edition audio interface. This powerful two-channel interface features elite-class audio conversion (as heard on countless hit records), ADAT expandability (to increase your channel count with ease), innovative Unison preamp technology (that emulates the impedance and behaviour of classic preamp inputs at a circuit level) and UAD-powered plug-ins.

In addition to the Apollo Twin X HE interface itself, you also receive two UAD plug-in bundles - the Realtime Analog Classic bundle and the Heritage Edition bundle. As soon as you’re plugged in and set up, you can start recording with the sound of vintage analogue compressors, preamps, amps, effects and more.

This bundle pairs a UA Apollo Twin X audio interface with the precision-built Sphere DLX modelling microphone. This ultra-versatile microphone lets you record with the sound of 38 classic and rare microphones, including examples by Neumann, AKG, Telefunken and Sony. With a single microphone, you can access an entire mic locker of the most desirable studio mics. Whilst the Sphere DLX is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone, it can also emulate dynamic and ribbon mics with astounding accuracy.

The Sphere DLX has some tricks up its sleeve that set it apart from traditional microphones. Dual Mode allows you to blend two different microphones together to create unique combinations with ease. You can also emulate a stereo microphone setup with a single mic, making the Sphere DLX superb for recording pianos, drum overheads and more. IsoSphere tailors the Sphere DLX to a wide range of room environments and mic filters, ensuring clean, pro-quality recordings wherever you are.

You can audition all of Sphere DLX’s 38 microphone models before, during and after recording for ultimate flexibility during tracking and mixing. When paired with an Apollo series interface like the Twin X included in this bundle, you can do this with near-zero latency and process your audio with authentic emulations of vintage mic preamps.
