The Gretsch USA Metal Snare Drum Series now includes two new models and thus covers the whole sound spectrum.
All USA Snare Drums have die cast hoops. 42-strand snare wire, centre knurl pattern and Gretsch Snap-in key holder. The copper and bronze models also have a Gretsch Micro Sensitive throw-off.
Copper is a relatively soft material and provides a warm, easy responding yet sharp and present sound.
The sound quality is similar to wood and is perfect for powerful and clear playing.
The Gretsch USA Copper Snare has a polished, 1 mm strong copper shell.
