In-stock items are available (selected baskets only) on a Next Working Day delivery service to UK Mainland* addresses. Simply add your desired items to the basket to see whether your cart is eligible.

*Excluding the Scottish Highlands, which has an ETA of an additional 2-3 days.

International deliveries that weigh under 30kg may take 2-5 days for delivery. Items that weigh over 31kg, or outside the size limits specified by our couriers, may take an additional 3-4 working days.

All our deliveries are fully insured and carried out by one of our fantastic logistics partners: FedEx, UK Mail, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail. Each logistics provider will issue you with a tracking number as soon as the item dispatches from us.

Where we cannot 100% guarantee delivery times or dates, we can assure you that we have a very high success rate of on-time deliveries. Just see our great reviews on Trust Pilot.

All baskets automatically display the available delivery dates applicable to your shipping address and outline the costs for each specified delivery option. Our website will even inform you if an item is out of stock too, stopping your order potentially getting held up.

All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability or exceptional order processing backlog. Should your order be delayed, we are unable to offer compensation under any circumstance.

The responsibility for ownership of the Goods passes to the purchaser as soon as we have completed delivery of your order.

Can I choose a preferred delivery date for my order?

Yes, once you enter your shipping address details, our system will calculate the estimate delivery date for your order and display possible dates for you to select your preferred delivery date from. We will then do our very best to deliver your order on your selected preferred delivery date. Once your items ship from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier name and tracking information.

What are the delivery rates and options?

We offer a variety of different delivery options, which are dependant on where your delivery address is based. For the most accurate quote, simply enter your delivery address into the checkout and our system would automatically do all the calculations for you, enabling to checkout with confidence.

When will I get my items?

As soon as your order has been processed, our warehouse team will prepare your order for despatch. Once the courier has collected your item(s) from our warehouse, we will send an automated shipment notification straight to your email, as well as informing you which courier is carrying out your delivery, along with their tracking information. The delivery time selected at checkout is an estimate of when your items will be delivered to your shipping address. This to compensate for warehouse processing and carrier delivery times.

Please notify us within 24 hours from receiving your goods if any items arrive damaged or missing. GAK will not be held responsible for transit damaged items not reported within 24 hours of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
