In stock items ordered before 3pm for UK Mainland will be delivered Next Working Day where possible, international deliveries under 30kg may take 2-5 days for delivery but where items are over 31kg or outside size limits delivery may take an extra 3-4 working days. Large and heavy items may incur additional delivery charges.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them.
Delivery will be fully insured and carried out by one of our logistics partners: Fedex, UK Mail, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail.
The charge for delivery and available delivery options will be shown on the Basket page before final submission. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates we operate at a very high success rate of on-time deliveries.
All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability or exceptional order processing backlog.
Unfortunately Gak can in no circumstances therefore compensate for delayed orders.
Can I choose a preferred delivery date for my order?
Yes, once you enter your shipping address details, our system will calculate the estimate delivery date for your order and display possible dates for you to select your preferred delivery date from. We will then do our very best to deliver your order on your selected preferred delivery date. Once your items ship from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier name and tracking information.
What are the delivery rates and options?
For your convenience we offer a variety of delivery options, there are different delivery options available depending on where your delivery address is based. So for the most accurate answer we would ask you to enter your delivery address into the checkout and our system would automatically do all the calculations for you.
When will I get my items?
The delivery timeframe is an estimate of when your items will be delivered to your shipping address. This includes warehouse processing, plus carrier delivery times. Once your items ship from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information.
DAMAGES/SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY - GAK CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE IF REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
