Palmer DMS Dynamic Mic Switcher Overview
Palmer DMS Dynamic Mic Switcher
The Palmer DMS Dynamic Mic Switcher is a momentary switcher allowing you to temporarily route a microphone to a second destination, be that a different zone, between monitors and front of house, between different rooms, effects chains, or whatever your setup needs. The sheet steel, powder-coated housing is rugged, ready for stage us and literally designed to be stepped on. Being momentary, the switch to output 2 is instantaneous but only lasts as long as stomp switch is held down. Once the switch is released, the signal reverts back to output 1.
As you would expect from a high-quality Palmer tool for microphones, the input and dual outputs on the Palmer DMS are via sturdy XLR's, while the strong housing is extended to protect the inputs and outputs and also to provide pre-drilled holes for easy mounting of the unit to almost any pedalboard or flat surface. There is, of course, also a switchable ground lift to tame those pesky ground loop hums.
