Traveler AG450E Travel Acoustic, Sunburst Overview

Traveler Guitar AG-450E Acoustic, Sunburst

The standard against which all travel guitars are measured.

The AG-450E makes use of a cutting-edge tuning system and a smaller body to deliver a tiny, yet playable guitar which is great for practice or performance. The full-scale neck leaves your hands in familiar territory.

Made with mahogany back and sides and a solid spruce top, the AG-450E has a full-scale neck and string spacing. This means all your practice on the road will translate easily to your stay-at-home guitar.

The modified traditional bracing pattern creates more volume and presence than you'd expect from a travel-sized instrument. In addition, The AG-450E includes a custom preamp from Shadow with a sound so full you'll swear you're playing a full-sized guitar. Traveler Guitar's Streamline™ Tuning System eliminates the need for a headstock. As a result, you’ll have the same full-scale playing experience you’re used to on an instrument that’s 20 percent shorter and 36 percent lighter than a typical full size acoustic guitar. The AG-450E is better balanced than other travel acoustics, yet retains the full size neck you are used to.

Take your playing experience to the next level with the built-in Shadow Nanoflex pickup, which is paired with a custom Shadow preamp, on-board chromatic tuner, and Shadow’s renowned headphone amp technology. The headphone amp also has an auxiliary input so you can jam with your favorite backing tracks.

The Traveler Guitar AG-450E is the perfect solution for traveling players looking for a compact and comfortable acoustic/ electric guitar. Fits easily in airline overhead compartments in the included Deluxe Gig Bag.

""I use my Traveler Guitar on the road with the Zac Brown Band as a practice instrument. I've used it in vocal warm-ups for several years now. It's very reliable, it always sounds good."" - John Driskell Hopkins (Guitarist for Zac Brown Band)
